Today is just one of those days where I'm grateful for everything. College has been such an easy transition for me, except for the fact that I still haven't let go of my senior year procrastination habits. But I've met so many amazing people and even though I've only been here a month, I've made so many memories and relationships I truly cherish. Especially with my roommate, who was matched perfectly with me. (And is such a trooper for taking pictures for me since I've gotten here!)

I've just felt so inspired by life lately. If only I had some artistic for musical ability. Or even some writing ability. But I guess for now, using fashion to express myself will have to do. 

Also I came across the CUTEST kittens while taking these pictures. 

There were five of them altogether. Ya know, just chilling on the side of the road. I really don't know how I was able to walk away without taking one and hiding it in my closet.

I've decided I hate jeans (apart from my Cheap Monday ones that look like someone vomited all over them). So basically I will be living in these and my velvet American Apparel leggings as fall approaches. Oh how I'm excited for fall. Only 5 more days until October. I think October may be one of my favorite months, particularly because of Halloween. Halloween is easily my favorite holiday; not to mention I'm going to see Crystal Castles on the 21st :D :D :D :D

1. Erin Walsh. 15 year old diva from London.

2. Rookie Mag. Rookie is an online angsty feminist magazine for teenage girls. Basically the best thing ever. There's nothing better then sitting in my campus's coffee shop between classes reading this. It's ran by Tavi Gevinson(who doesn't know who she is), 16 year old diva blogger extraordinaire. Seriously she is the coolest person ever and has already accomplished so much at a young age. WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE?!

Who doesn't love some platformed 'murica shoes? I feel like they're like pugs: they're are so ugly that they're awesome. I love pugs by the way. 

Please explain to me how someone can not love this face?! 

This was actually the dress I wore to my high school's winter formal last year. I loved it so much that I figured I'd try to find use for it during a normal day. It may possibly be one of my favorite things I own, besides my Docs of course. UNIF kills me. 

Also, I'm going through an obsession with Twiggy and Edie Sedgwick. I'm 98% sure I'm cutting my hair like Edie's. I've been wanting to cut all my hair off for almost 2 years now, and now I feel more sure about it. 

Bye bye hair.

Right by my school, there is this place called Ocean Beach. I've gone there several times now, each time overwhelmed by all the amazing thrift stores. This top, for example, is a Ralph Lauren shirt I picked up at a store where EVERYTHING is two dollars.
