These photos were taken in Balboa Park in San Diego. Isn't the architecture just gorgeous? Seeing this type of style gets me really excited for Italy. The architecture is one of the main things I'm excited about for that trip. That, and the food.
Guess what? I'm still alive!!! When looking back on these pictures, I wasn't as crazy about this outfit as I was at the time. But I felt it had been too long since I have posted, so I got over it.
Not too much has happened. Except for the fact that I just confirmed that I will be spending my fall semester of this year studying in Florence, Italy. I feel like it really hasn't sunk in for me yet. I've been dreaming to go to Europe for as long as I can remember, and the fact that this is coming a reality is truly insane. Also, I will be able to go to Milan during fashion week. WHAT. YEAH.
So expect me to be obsessing over Italy for the next few months.

When I first bought these pants, I was a little unsure about them. Not because I felt uncomfortable in them or didn't like them, but because I was unsure as to how often I would end up wearing them. Well needless to say, I'm glad I kept them. Little did I know not only how many outfits I would be pairing them with, but also how confident and unexpectedly feminine they would make me feel. I even got a pair of low nude pointed toe pumps to wear with them, something I would have NEVER expected to happen (I've been anti-pumps for a while now). So expect to see more of these pants on my blog. I also hope to get a striped pair too.
