Happy Alone

I know I've mentioned this before, but I don't think there is anything I love more than clothes that not only look good but also feel like pajamas. That applies to these pants. So when I roll out of bed and go to my 7:30 classes with these on, people only think that I tried. Little do they know that these are my version of sweatpants. Shout out to Castro for supplying them. They contacted me about a month ago, and I absolutely love everything from them (this top is also theirs). They are based in Israel, which is pretty cool. Oh and they're having a super rad sale right now and you can currently get these pants for $15, so get on that.

Quand Vas Tu Rentrer?

One of the highlights of 2014 for me was expanding the ways I express myself creatively other than with just fashion. I've had a long standing interest in art, especially photography, but never really had the confidence to practice. However this past year I really began to push myself to practice different art forms more often. I added on an art minor and took one of my first non-photography art classes. I also began to take pictures more often, especially thanks to encouragement from friends. These pictures below are from a photoshoot I decided to do, which was really the first that I planned out and shot myself without it being for an assignment. In all honesty I am proud of how it turned out, and have realized how important it is for me to go out and do things like this for my own personal growth and sanity. So to heres to a new year of hopefully more creating.

Shoutout to Maya and Taylor for being perfect and modeling for me
Also this title comes from the song by Melody Prochet (Melody's Echo Chamber) which helped inspire this shoot for me. It translates to: "When will you return?" I highly recommend giving it a listen.
