Pisa

Blazer–vintage YSL, pants–Urban Outfitters, shoes–T.U.K.
And I present to you my last Italy post. Really. I swear.
Even though I've been home for over a month, I just finished going through photos. It's been interesting reflecting on the experience because a lot of people from my program are really missing it. While I am content on my experience, and extremely thankful, I don't find myself missing Italy. Of course I miss the friends I made, but I'm really content with being home at the moment. The trip really made me appreciate home more than I ever have. Southern California is nice, I'd like to stay a while.

New Basics

Jacket- Ebay, Shirt- Zara, Pants- Urban Outfitters, Shoes- ASOS
I present to you what is probably the best outfit to depict my current style aesthetic. My friends describe my current look as "very European", as I grow a sudden distaste for any color but black and most accessories, besides maybe my watch and pearl earrings. But most importantly is my leather jacket, which has basically become my second skin.

These pictures were taken in Italy but I'm back in California now. If I learned anything from being abroad it's how great California is. Never have I been so happy to be home. I still have a few more pictures from Italy to post on here since I'm terrible at being a consistent blogger. Maybe I'll add keeping up with this blog to my New Year's resolutions? Or do resolutions ultimately just end up in failure?

Schoolboy Scum

Blazer- Vintage Versace, Shirt- Thrifted, Shoes- T.U.K.
Oh this blazer. It was love at first sight. Versace for only €35? How could I have said no. The fit and color and everything about it is perfect (minus the thrift store smell) so it couldn't have been anything but destiny for me to own this.

Cash

Top- Flea Market, Jeans- ASOS, Shoes- T.U.K.
I've gotten to this point where I'm just over accessories. While I used to be into layer necklaces and covering my hands in rings, these day a pin is enough to suffice. I've noticed my taste becoming more and more minimalistic and honestly I really like it.

I have 6 weeks left in Italy. I thought I would be posting more about my experiences, but everything has become so routine here that I don't feel like I don't have much to say. Italy is definitely a cool place, but I find myself missing California more than ever. I mean sometimes I just really want a California Burrito, is that so bad?

Also, I hope everyone had a creepy Halloween. I decided to dress up as Mia Wallace from Pulp Fiction because my hair was perfect for it. Gotta seize the opportunity, ya know? Here's a picture of my costume.
